Purpose of the site

Libertatis Venezuela is an editorial project oriented toward publishing informative, analytical and explanatory content on ideas, economics, society, institutions, entrepreneurship and the Venezuelan context.

Permitted use

The site must be used lawfully and respectfully. It must not be used to alter its functioning, attempt unauthorised access to its systems or use its content in a misleading or abusive way.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the texts, editorial structure, design and other original contents of the site belong to Libertatis Venezuela. Full reproduction for commercial purposes is not authorised without prior permission.

Quotation, attribution and reuse

These terms do not grant a general reproduction licence. When quoting content, identify the article and author and link to the original page. For broader reuse, request permission through the contact page, without limiting uses that applicable law may independently permit.

CC0 exception: original Venezuelan services study

The original authored editorial text of the Spanish and English study articles, aggregated statistical tables and documentation in the Venezuela Service Search Baseline 2026 are dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal. Anyone may copy, adapt, distribute or commercially reuse them without permission or mandatory attribution. Third-party materials are excluded and the rest of the site keeps its existing terms.

Sources and third-party material

Quotations, images, documents and other third-party materials retain the ownership and terms of their respective authors or providers. Citing or linking a source does not transfer its rights to Libertatis.

External links

The site may link to external pages for reference or documentary support. This does not imply control over those sites or endorsement of all of their future content.

Availability and changes

The site may be modified, updated, interrupted or reorganised at any time, without any obligation to keep a specific version or continuous availability.

General limitation

Site content is offered for general informational and editorial purposes. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other individual professional advice. Each reader is responsible for how they interpret and use the published information.
